Shipping Information:
All US domestic orders will be shipped from Hawaii via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Sorry, no Post Office boxes allowed. Merchandise should arrive within 2 ­ 3 weeks of placing your order. All backordered items will be noted on your packing list.

Shipping Charges:
The shipping charge for up to two items is $5.00. The per item shipping charge for the sweatshirts and Trilogy, the book, is $5.00 each.

International Orders:
To place an international order, please call us at 1-1-888-225-MAUI and ask for Monica or Jennifer. Shipment may be subject to taxes levied by the destination country. Trilogy is not responsible for any VAT, other applicable taxes, or duties on any shipments outside of the US. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns:
All sales are final. Damages, lost shipments and discrepancies must be communicated to Trilogy within 30 days of placement of the order. Please call Customer Service at 1-888- MAUI-800 before returning any damaged goods. We will get back in touch with you within 48 hours.

Sizing:
All clothing items are based on USA men's sizes. Hats and caps are one size.

PAYMENT AND ORDER FORMS

Forms of Payment:
Trilogy accepts payment on MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards via phone, fax and e-mail.

Gift Orders:
Trilogy shirts, caps, coffee, and "Trilogy," the book, make great, thoughtful gifts for any occasion. When you make a gift order, specify the "from" address and the "ship to" address where indicated, and the gift message in the "comments" box. A card with your personal message will be enclosed with your gift.

Quantity Discounts and Special Orders:
Trilogy does not currently offer quantity discounts or special orders.

Gift Certificates Available:
Yes, via phone for now.

At Trilogy, we protect your personal information. When you enter your credit card number and your billing and shipping information to Trilogy Store, we use the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted during transmission. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to process your order.

Trilogy respects your right to privacy. Any personally identifiable information obtained during your visit to our site or any forms completed on Trilogy's site are not disclosed to any outside parties. We do not share, sell or distribute information about you to other companies or other people.
